a decent stay overall
madeleine church helpful staff rock music loud street bad reception small room
this hotel is near the madeleine church. a short walk takes me to many tourist attractions like l'opera garnier! the hotel staff was helpful. check-in happened really quick! i was upgraded to a larger room and i loved the rock music theme, snare drum as night stands were amazing!
the street was loud at night! it was difficult to sleep without earplugs. i had to carry my bags because of bad reception. the room lacked amenities and was small, maybe a meter in size!

broken elevator poor breakfast
I was not happy with the elevator situation. It stopped working for several hours and I had to walk up to the fifth floor which was really a struggle. I also found that the breakfast options could be much better because fresh vegetables and baguette were absent.

musical stay near everything
tom nightstand comfy beds good air conditioning
i found it easy to walk to many places from the hotel. the room included a tom as a nightstand, really fun. the beds are indeed comfy and i was here for almost two weeks. internet worked well and the air conditioning was great.
street noises at night were very present. i recommend future guests bring earplugs for better sleep. it would really improve the stay.

the hotel boasts an excellent position, near place de la concorde. place vendome and subway stations are very close. you can access many attractions either by foot or metro.

the staff was kind and helpful and always smiling. the morning breakfast service was fabulous, especially the helpful gentlemen. i found the welcome on arrival to be very warm.

the rooms were clean and beds were turned down everyday. i appreciated returning to an immaculate room after sightseeing all day. my large room had three balconies overlooking the city.
